Thank you for joining our Miso making class on 11/6!

We had a miso making class with 15 amazing people on November 6th! (Thank you for your support, Mipo-rin and Sachi!) We talked about Koji, tasted some miso, and finally made some miso! We enjoy some onigiri and miso soup at the end of the session.
