Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Chickpea Miso
3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
2 teaspoons Fresh Herb (dill, parsley, basil, chive, chervil, etc.., chopped)
1-2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/4 each Lemon Zest
How to make:
Combine all ingredients.
Enjoy with vegetable sticks like carrot, cucumber, jicama, and cauliflower, or fried food such as fritter.
Tips:
You can use plant-based unsweetened yogurt in place of Greek yogurt.
