Herby Chickpea Miso and Yogurt Dip


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Chickpea Miso

  • 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Herb (dill, parsley, basil, chive, chervil, etc.., chopped)

  • 1-2 teaspoons Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 each Lemon Zest

How to make:

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Enjoy with vegetable sticks like carrot, cucumber, jicama, and cauliflower, or fried food such as fritter.

Tips:

You can use plant-based unsweetened yogurt in place of Greek yogurt.
