Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Miso
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Almonds, roasted
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
3 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
How to make:
Put almonds in a bowl of a food processor and pulse several times until finely grounded. Add miso and garlic, blend well.
Add toasted sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, and maple syrup. Continue running a food processor to blend it until smooth.
Tips:
Enjoy with fresh, raw or cooked vegetables, or on rice.
