Aedan organizes hands-on Miso making workshops. You will learn about Koji (an essential living culture for the Japanese Pantry), and about Miso, as well as how to make your own Miso.
Homemade Miso is especially tasty and healthy and has many delicious kitchen applications. We will bring Aedan’s freshly made Organic Rice Koji and Organic Soy Beans to your location and share our Japanese traditions.
In this workshop, you will learn more about Koji. Koji is the key ingredients not only for Miso, but also for Sake, Mirin, Soy Sauce and other Japanese traditional food. If you are interested in how to use Koji, and how to use Koji products, this class would be perfect for you.
