Thank you for joining our Miso making class on 8/7!

Today was the fourth Miso making class at our Koji Kitchen, and once again we had a great group come in!

Although we were all people meeting for the first time, it was such a warm, comforting atmosphere that we got along as if we’d known each other for decades.

Thank you all for participating, and thank you Sachiyo Shelton for being a wonderful assistant.

I hope we all meet again!
